How we handle your information

What we collect
When you send us an estimate request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the kind of work you need, and your message. We use it to get back to you about your project, and for nothing else. The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts this site; they store submissions on our behalf.
When you check an address on our service-area map, that address is sent to a geocoding service (the U.S. Census Bureau, with Photon or Geoapify as a fallback) to find its location. We do not keep the addresses you check.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are used, so we can make it better. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects your device type, browser, approximate location, and the pages you visit. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not collect anything that identifies you personally through analytics.
Nothing is collected until you accept in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Google's own privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
The site also stores your cookie choice in your browser so you are not asked again. That is the only thing stored if you decline.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your information. It is seen only by us and by the services named above that run the site.
